Company

A product company, not a project shop.

We have been building technology from London since 2013. Self-funded, no outside investors, and no client delivery work. We build platforms we own and then look after them for years.

How we operate

What being self-funded actually changes.

We are not working towards investor milestones or a fundraising story. We build platforms, improve them, and operate them over a long stretch of time. Our AI and data work starts from a specific problem in a specific market, never from a technology looking for somewhere to go.

Architecture and reliability matter to us for a fairly selfish reason: we are the ones who have to live with the systems we build. And our research exists to support the products, not to fill a slide deck.

How we got here

Twelve years on the same problem.

2013

We started

XeonTek was founded in London to build software that would still be worth running years later.

Early on

Property data

Our first real work was in real estate: property discovery, and connecting people with the providers they were looking for.

Then

Emerging markets

That research pulled us into regions where good information is genuinely hard to come by, and we stayed.

After that

Capital networks

Deal flow, founder discovery, investor matching, and the early-stage market intelligence that sits behind all of it.

Now

Applied AI

AI became part of how we build rather than a thing we bolted on. Modelling, classification, matching, market analysis.

What we care about

Three things we hold ourselves to.

01

Depth over breadth

We specialise. Complex data, and the systems that make it useful. We are not going to chase whatever happens to be popular this year.

02

We keep what we build

The people who write the code are the people who run it. That tends to make you think differently about how you build something.

03

Rigour, quietly

Models get tested. Systems get monitored. Decisions get written down. We hold our own work to the standard we would expect from anyone else.

How we choose

Four questions we ask before we start.

01

Is this hard because the data, the workflows or the relationships are scattered?

02

Would better software genuinely improve how people search, compare or decide?

03

Does the platform get better as its data and models mature?

04

Can we build it without overstating what automation can safely decide?

We work in property, emerging markets and capital networks because they share the same underlying problem. We reach for AI where it genuinely improves a workflow or a model, and we leave it alone where domain understanding does the job better.
